A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and time. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event may forfeit any remaining balance due to the reserved time.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are available for your new date, your retainer may be applied to the rescheduled event.
We do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations. For outdoor events, an indoor backup location is required in the event of inclement weather.
